Richard Merlau is a California registered architect in the San Francisco Bay Area, experience with residential, public and educational projects, and a focus on historic and existing buildings, complex phased projects and thoughtful environmental approaches. Any offer of services or use of the title Architect are expressly within the state of California only. Will pursue reciprocal licensure in another state for the right project, currently licensed: NY and CA, and NCARB certificate holder.
