Children’s physical therapy building - 8,000 SF new construction

2015-17 xxx Engineering, Westbury, NY — Associated Architect:
100 residential projects, Managed the construction documents and three staff.
2014-15 xxx Architects, New York, NY — Project Manager:
Hotel - convert a one hundred year old factory to a modern 160-room hotel, with complete amenities, retail and outdoor spaces, in Brooklyn, NY. Project.
2007-14 xxx Architects, LLC, New York, NY — Intern Architect:
Hotel - renovation of an existing hotel while occupied.
K-12 Private School - Multi-phase renovations of two complex, urban, historic sites. Historic preservation committee approvals.
K-12 Private School - Prepared peer-review comments and construction field reports for a school who contracted with a design-build firm for a new gym and classroom wing.
Courthouse, GSA - Renovation of a federal courthouse, $100m budget from ARRA funds. Staff then lead for Bridging Documents (100% DD / 30% CD) then I provided peer review comments.
Mixed-use - Complex renovation to an existing building, while occupied, and replaced a portion of the existing brick bearing wall, in Midtown NYC.
K-12 Private School - Several alterations to existing historic buildings. Extensive master-planning and feasibility studies, presentations, preparation of documents and construction administration.
Courthouse, GSA - Prepared Feasibility Study with partner-in-charge, and then Staff for renovation to an existing courthouse facility in New York City.
